AV linux - Giada crashes each time I have ever used it.

Hello guys, I want to use giada but every time I use it it has crashed at different points. Usually it works for around 10 mins then it crashes with no debug information, I set debug to file in the config but I don't think its recording anything. Before it crashes it runs fine - I can hear the loops, it responds well but then it will hang and become unresponsive.

Is this performance standard? It seems like a nice program if it would not crash. The machine has 8 gigs of ram, and has a ryzen 2200 cpu.. do you need more ram for the program to run? I only had a few samples loaded (linn drum).
