Giada not executing: VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found

Attempting to run Giada i get this error:
"The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

It doesn't appear to be in the zip file, but it does exist in my system32 under a slightly different name.
