Midi channels to have "assign key too"

Maybe Midi channels could have a similar 'assign key' box? The keypress would perform the same function as clicking the status box - queueing until next bar to start playing. Still thinking about performance with as little mouse as possible.
...as always, feel free to smack me down if I've missed something obvious.
