Ivo, good points. Just two notes:

with mouse clic it would be quickly (as in goldwave for exemple)
I think about presets like half, quart, dual etc..."pitch subdivisions presets" - I don't get it, sorry could you elaborate on it a bit more?

i think it would be better with mouse clicks and zoom with mouse wheel.
