I am recording to a MIDI channel and I want to create a single seamless tone that plays throughout my loops. This doesn't seem to be possible as whenever the sequencer goes back to the beginning, the midi key I am holding down gets "reset" to the "not-held-down" position. Is there a way I can accomplish this using Giada? I would like to be able to do this on the fly without going into the context menu to manually adjust the actions.
Windows 7
Giada 0.13.3 x64
Casio Privia PX160

Re: MIDI note sustain through measures
Hey @roland, I totally understand your point. As of now, you cannot store a seamless tone: Giada records the Note Off as well (i.e. not-held-down position). Virtually you could remove the Note Off from your event pair, but I wonder if it makes sense for a device to receive/send a stream of Note On only... Any thoughts on that?
