How vertical resize work?

Hi,

I read in the changelog there is now "the ability to vertically resize channels" but I don't understand how it works. Is there some docuemntation I missed?

Hi kjo, simply drag the empty horizontal space at the bottom of each channel to resize it.

Can you do the resizing at any other point or just then and there?
